MaryPat Peeples Earns Certified Financial Planner™ Certification

MaryPat PeeplesWarren Averett Asset Management is proud to announce that MaryPat Peeples, CFP®, has obtained her Certified Financial Plannercertification with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board). MaryPat is a Financial Planning Associate in our Homewood office who works closely with clients on their comprehensive financial planning. She is responsible for helping clients understand how they can accurately address the financial matters that matter most. MaryPat enjoys working closely with the  Women’s Wealth Connection clients and community, especially at the virtual and in-person events across our Firm footprint.

For more than 30 years, the Certified Financial Planner™ certification has been the standard of excellence for financial planners. CFP® professionals have met extensive training and experience requirements and they commit to the CFP Board’s ethical standards that require them to put the client’s best interests first.

“Earning my CFP® certification is the culmination of many hours of hands-on work and intense studying. Working with my mentors at Warren Averett Asset Management played an important role in achieving this designation, and I’m grateful to work with such an outstanding group,” said Peeples. “I’m glad our clients now have another team member in our Firm who is being held to the highest fiduciary standard by the CFP Board.”

 

 

A CFP® certified professional is required to complete a CFP Board-registered education program, pass the CFP® exam, hold or earn a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college within five years of passing the CFP® exam, demonstrate financial planning experience, and must adhere and agree to the CFP Board’s ethical standards.
