BT Wealth Management (“BTWM”) has been acquired by WA Asset Management (“WAAM”) as of June 30, 2022. WAAM and BTWM share a similar heritage, aligned with well-known and widely-respected CPA firms, and are driven by a client-first philosophy. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients through financial planning and investment management, while building strong, long-lasting advisor-client relationships.

We will leverage the combined teams’ financial planning and wealth management insights, complementary skill sets and respective areas of specialization to provide our clients, advisors and support staff with an enhanced experience. Together, we are charting a clear path forward for growth and new opportunities for clients and team members alike.

Moving ahead, you will come to know the WAAM team as an extension of our own. You will also be made aware of plans for WAAM to adopt a new name and redefined brand – one that captures the firm’s history and partnerships and reflects the firm’s forward-looking momentum. We look forward to updating you on these developments.

Our goal is to continue to do our utmost in serving the many facets of your financial life, while always putting you, our client, first.

We’re available to answer any questions you may have about the firm, our team and forward-looking plans. We invite you to reach out to Scott Craig (scraig@btwealthllc.com) or to your advisor should you have any questions.
